Information to Presenting Registrants
Normally each delegate can make one oral presentation, but exceptions can be made depending on the pressure on scheduling – please contact the technical program committee to make a request. In particular, delegates are encouraged to not present material on behalf of someone else. This is because it is a workshop atmosphere where questions and discussions are encouraged
Registration Fees
Registration fees include meals and social events. If you would like to bring a spouse or other guest to social events, you can purchase guest registration add-ons during registration.

Cost: $2,500 USD. Each Gold Sponsor receives one (1) complimentary registration to attend CWTM 2024, and one (1) table in our exhibits space to promote their organization at the event. Their company’s logo will be on event signage and web site.

Cost: $1,500 USD. Each Silver Sponsor receives one (1) complimentary registration to attend CWTM 2024, and their company’s logo will be on event signage and web site.
