Connect with the IEEE-OES CWTMA community by exhibiting at the 2024 Currents, Waves and Turbulence Measurement Workshop. We welcome commercial participants in consulting, manufacturing and distributing goods and services for oceanographic measurements to exhibit at the workshop. The Exhibitor area will be available for visits and exchange during breaks. We request that all Exhibitors attend the presentations.

Exhibitor Fees
Exhibit Tables are $1,500 each at the Early-Bird rate, plus registration. Exhibitor fees include the benefits of the Bronze Sponsorship package. Additional information about this and other sponsorship levels can be found below.
Registration Process
- Register for the conference. Exhibitor registration opens 18 December 2023 and closes 4 February 2024.
- Request exhibitor category during registration process.
- Pay all fees at registration.
- Complete the Exhibitor Terms and Conditions form and email it to weimin@mun.ca.

It will be the responsibility of the Exhibitor to make arrangements for return shipment from the Coastal Studies Institute through their carrier, or their Hotel. The Exhibitor must have properly packaged and addressed all packages accordingly. It is also the Exhibitor’s responsibility to fill out all commercial invoices required for shipments outside of the US. The Coastal Studies Institute, University of East Carolina does not assume responsibility for damage to, or loss of, any merchandise or article brought into the Coastal Studies Institute. C.O.D. Deliveries must be paid in cash by the recipient at the time of delivery otherwise will be refused.
